Therapeutic Support Tailored to You

This is the process of therapy and the work we do together. Counseling services may be provided individually, with caregivers/family members, or in groups.

During our sessions, you will receive the support you need to overcome personal challenges in desired ways. We understand that you are coming to therapy to feel better and that is what we aim to do in our work together.

Generally, we incorporate a range of client-centered and directive techniques. Sessions are scheduled on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. Homework is assigned and encouraged to be practiced in between sessions to reinforce the skills learned in therapy.

Using Gottman Method, IFS, and Focused Couples Therapy to restore healthy communication and connection.

Trauma Work

We utilize TF-CBT, EMDR, IFS, and narrative models to heal trauma and past hurts.

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

An evidenced-based model that views the mind as composed of distinct "parts." It focuses on healing the wounded parts, reducing internal conflict, and fostering self-leadership by accessing a compassionnate calm self.

48-Hour Notice Required

Appointment cancellations require 48 hours advance notice to avoid cancellation fees. This policy applies to both students and post-degree professionals.
