What To Expect

Prior to our first meeting, we will send you some forms to complete to help us better prepare for our time together. During the first visit, you will be asked questions about what brings you to therapy.

We may ask you to complete questionnaires to determine the nature of your symptoms. From here, we will work collaboratively together to create healthy goals and intervention that target the areas important to you.

You can expect the intake to take between 60-90 minutes. You will need your insurance card and payment method of your choice. At the end of the intake, we will schedule a day and time that works for you.

If at any point in our work together additional testing is required to inform your treatment with us, we will share referrals with you at that time.

2. Initial Intake

During our 60-90 minute intake session, we'll discuss your concerns and complete any necessary questionnaires together.

3. Treatment Planning

We'll collaborate to create personalized goals and interventions, then schedule your ongoing sessions.

Completed forms from our client portal
List of current medications (if applicable)
Any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change, but we ask for your cooperation in respecting our time and the time of other supervisees.

48-Hour Notice Required

Appointment cancellations require 48 hours advance notice to avoid cancellation fees. This policy applies to both students and post-degree professionals.
